I believe that two more colors can still be defined:
Green: For new incidents that are just created, this color will disappear within seconds.
Orange: For incidents with number of affected customer exceeding a certain defined amount. Such incidents will require dispatcher's attention.
Thanks for the feedback.
I was hoping there was a complete definition for the default color codes in the documentation, or better yet get pointed to the location where these are defined, be it in the database or some configuration file.
Oddly enough, the switching grid is defined in detail , just could not find the incident colors.
My thought was to make sure the colors I document for my people are reflective of what is actually in our system, just in case the defaults have changed, or we have need to change them in the future.
Note that these are all configured in ControlStylesConfig.xml, which is installed in the Server folder (typically a path like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\Responder\Server).
If you look for this Apperance Key (IncidentGrid_Default), you'll see where this type of thing is defined. Let us know if you have questions on that.
This is exactly what I was hoping to find. BTW, I did find the documentation with descriptions of the out of the box settings:
However, the XML file you pointed me to showed a few additional appearance keys in our documentation. This will allow me to be sure my documentation will be complete.
Glad it helped!
