    How would you identify a device that is frequently creating incidents in Responder

      Hello Community--


      Rather than reactively running the reliability report, I would like to communicate to the Dispatchers that an incident has rolled up to a notorious device.


      My thoughts are a database trigger, that fires on create or update of an incident.  The trigger would compare the device in the current incident with incidents in the archive table.  If the count of previous incidents (involving this device) over some time period is found, then perhaps we'll populate the Remarks field with something to that effect.


      Is anyone out there doing this?  Is there a better way?
