    Auto ETR based on predicted device.

      I was asked if Responder has the capability of automatically setting the ETR based on the predicted device. As it is now someone has to physically set the time so that when the customer calls back the IVR tells them the ETR. If it can set the ETR to a set time based on the predicted device it'll at least give the customer a time frame before an operator/dispatcher goes in there and sets a closer to reality ETR. If this functionality isn't already in Responder, I can move this to an idea. Thanks.
