    How do I look up an existing case number?  Case #40744

      Hello support,

       

      I work for Seattle City Light and we are one of your customers.  We are having an issue with loading ArcFM and AutoCAD.  The case has been assigned a number (#40744), but I cannot see how to check on the status of the support ticket.  I believe that it may have been assigned to one of our developers, Mark Kniep.  I do NOT want to assume ownership of this ticket, but am just trying to see how it is going.
