Have you ever encountered a Conflict Resolution window after using connection manager for a splice point? (forwarded from a user in our organization)

The splice point itself was very straight forward (48 strands in each column, straight-across connections).  After verifying the data and applying the changes, I tried to open connection manager again to confirm that the changes had been made but I was met with a notification window listing conflict resolutions. After 'resolving' the conflicts in the window, the connections seemed to revert to their original state (no connections).

The connection manager window could not be opened until the Conflict Resolution window was addressed. The only option was to select and resolve all the conflicts (there was no 'ignore' option). There seemed to be a list of 48 conflicts, one for each connection.
