I've worked with a few clients to build customiztions to support this. It's usually a context menu that goes directly to their standards repository. For the veterans users who really know the CU library the benefits aren't significant, but for new users of the system I'm sure it can be a huge time saver (especially if the repository hosting the standards is otherwise difficult to navigate).
Thanks for the reply. Makes sense. I'm wondering if after the fact the company went back and looked at whether/how many users actually made use of this functionality? Or was it something that sounded like a good idea during design, but in practice not used (or rarely used).
