Best Method to Abort Edit Operation

    Karen Robine

I'm programming a Create Edit Task. In my IMMEditTask.SetProposedGeometry method, I occasionally need to abort out of the current edit. What's the recommended method to do this?  I've tried throwing a Miner.CancelEditException but am unable to get that to work properly.  The problem is that there are also Attribute AUs that execute after the feature is generated, so I need to make sure none of this code executes. Any snippets would be helpful. This code's in VB.NET.
