Based on the error you're getting (it's trying to find a class that's not registered), either the product didn't install correctly or there's a dependency the application has that isn't in the installer you used, which we'd need to patch. Can you try reinstalling the installed ArcFM applications, and if that doesn't help, let me know what ArcFM and ArcGIS installers you've run, it might be reproducible.
