Scheduling Responder Reports to run automatically

I would like to know if it is possible to call a custom report from Windows Task Scheduler. We are trying to create a report that updates some outages xml files on a web server which is then being fed to a HTML5 dashboard that displays charts based on the data in that xml. We want to update these outages at midnight everyday.

We can add that report on responder archive, however someone has to manually go there and click on Generate Report for that xml to update.
