A couple of things to try:
- When the report is created, it should also be saved as a file. Can you open the saved file with IE 9?
- Can you open the saved file with a different browser?
Could you please post what is in the error log? May provide a solid clue.
Thanks for the response...I did look in the error log and it said something about a IE Kernel error Event ID 1000 and referred me to ms tech support..........also when trying to open saved trace report it cannot. So taking the easy way out I upgraded to IE 11 and it works fine now. But I have another question for any fiber Manager user who has 288 Port Patch Panel connected to a 288 strand fiber modeled. When you run a trace on the all ports how long is it taking to complete the trace? I'm looking at 6 minutes from the time the trace starts to when the report starts to open.....then another 1.5 mins till it completes including allowing the active x to run. There is quite a bit of detail in the report so it may be normal....
