Nathan from your company created a case for this & looks like he figured it out. Here's his summary:
Well, it looks like we have gotten to the heart of the problem. When the new Anti-Virus software was configured, it was done so without adding our internal ArcGISServer to trusted sites. So, that has now been fixed and so far we are not having any issues. It was interesting that it was only our TelVent users that were affected. Still not sure why that occurred, but also not going to question it now that they are functional. I think that you can go ahead and close this support ticket. Thanks for your help.
