    Should disconnected customers be included on the Incident Details, Customers tab?

      When we add a fault to a device with a disconnected customer (off at meter), the network trace include the load point but the Customers tab on the Incident details window does not list the customer.  The Customer List report does shoe the customer in the Disconnected Customers section.



      Is this the expected behavior?
