    Just wondering in this brave new world how we submit a support incident.

      Hi Folks,

       

      I am interacting with a client of Esri Australia hoping to obtain some assistance in the ArcFM space, and I am wondering is there a new process to submit support requests? 

       

      Or is it more free form in terms of questions these days?

       

      Any help would be appreciated.
