The Technical Support Blog's mission is to get you closer to the ArcFM Solution Technical Support staff and ensure you are getting the most out of the valuable content and resources in the GIS Support space. Through this blog we will highlight important knowledge base content, provide insight into our satisfaction survey results, introduce you to our talented support staff, and much much more.

Customer Satisfaction

The Technical Support team tracks client satisfaction very closely to ensure we are doing all we can to solve issues quickly and provide solutions that have the best outcome for your business. We send out a survey for every support case, and we highly value the feedback we receive from the surveys. Below you will find the recent results of those surveys.

"They responded very quickly and the solution they suggested worked! Very smooth process with a great outcome!"

Technical Support Engineer Spotlight

With over 10 years of enterprise software support experience, Tim understands the impact a software issue can have on a business and always reacts with the appropriate sense of urgency and efficiency. In addition to strong proficiency in ArcFM Desktop, Designer, and ArcFM Mobile, Tim has developed a high level of expertise in the areas of Fiber Manager and Wavepoint in his nearly four years as a Technical Support Engineer with Schneider Electric. Outside of the office Tim enjoys biking, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his wife and son.

"Another great experience with Tim. [We] had a few Fiber Manager questions/issues we'd run into and he was able to help with all of them quickly and easily. Great job!!!"
