    To install SE Reports

    1. Extract the SEReports.zip to your Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Bin folder, so that Bin now contains a subfolder named SE.Reports which in turn contains all the files for this tool.

    2. From Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Bin, copy RegX.exe into the SE.Reports folder.

    3. In the Windows Start menu, search for cmd.exe.

    4. In the list of results, right-click cmd.exe and choose Run as Administrator.

The SE Reports look for reportable features and fields by searching model name assignments.  To see (and potentially edit) the model names used by SE Reports, open the file Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Bin\SE.Reports\Schneider.SE.ReportTools.Config.xml.  If any reports look for model names you have not assigned, add those model names to the appropriate model name domain and assign them to the necessary classes or fields.  You can also change column names for the reports within this xml file.

To access the SE Reports after installation

    1. Open ArcMap.

    2. From the Customize menu > Toolbars choose the toolbar(s) you want:  Schneider Electric Electric Reports and/or  Schneider Electric Gas Reports.

    3. If you do not already have data in your map, open a Stored Display or .mxd file.

    4. Follow the instructions below for the type of report you want to generate.

    Schneider Electric Electric Reports Toolbar

F (Schneider Electric Feeder Report):  Select one or more features, on one or more feeders.  Could even select whole feeder (e.g. with Feeder Manager 2's Find Feeder tool).  Then click this button to generate a report.

T (Schneider Electric Transformer Report): Select one or more transformers, then click this button to generate a report.

P (Schneider Electric Pole Attachment Report): Select one or more poles, then click this button to generate a report.

W (Schneider Electric Wire Size Report): Select one or more conductors (overhead/underground, primary/secondary), then click this button to generate a report.

C (Schneider Electric Electric Customer Report): Select one or more service points, then click this button to generate a report.

Headset (Schneider Electric Electric Messaging): Select one or more service points, then click this button to open a dialog.  The dialog does not actually send emails or trigger calls, but serves as a front end that you could integrate with to other systems (e.g. CIS) that makes the calls or sends the emails.  The email message templates are in the config file.

    Schneider Electric Gas Reports Toolbar

(Note that this toolbar could be used with water features by altering the model names specified in the config file.)

S (Schneider Electric Pipe System Report): Select one or more mains, services, device, etc., then click this button to generate a report.

P (Schneider Electric Cathodic Protection Report): Select one or more test points, anodes, and/or rectifiers, then click this button to generate a report.  This reports on a field from the parent feature as the test date, not from the related test reading objects.

L (Schneider Electric Leak Report): Intended to report leak attributes (Date reported, date created, date last checked, etc.).

V (Schneider Electric Gas Valve Inspection Report): Select one or more valves, then click this button to generate a report. This report does include information from related objects.

M (Schneider Electric Selection By Model Name Report): Select one or more valves, pipes, regulators, fittings, etc. then click this button to generate a report. If you click Yes to the prompt regarding images, the images are created in c:\temp\images.

Headset (Schneider Electric Gas Messaging): Select one or more meters, then click this button to open a dialog.  The dialog does not actually send emails or trigger calls, but serves as a front end that you could integrate with to other systems (e.g. CIS) that makes the calls or sends the emails.  The email message templates are in the config file.
