FAQ - ArcFM - Uploading Files to Support Cases in xchange

    I need to provide some files to assist with troubleshooting my ArcFM support-related case. Where are the options within exchange to upload or include file attachments?




    Several options exist when replying to postings within exchange, including the ability to upload file attachments. To attach a file to a case discussion within exchange, choose Reply then locate the Use advanced editor option.



    Within Advanced Editor mode, select the Attach option positioned in the lower right-hand corner. A prompt appears to help you locate and upload a file for attachment.
