In ArcFM Mobile for Windows, or ArcFM Mobile for iOS, the following error is thrown when attempting to download an offline package:
This problem is caused when the tenant name is not written with the proper uppercase/lowercase combo. There is an outstanding bug (MOB-3071) for this behavior, which is scheduled to be released with a new version of Sync Services.
Change this line to its proper case as shown:
