Schneider Electric (SE) doesn’t block traffic based on IP. On the customer side, ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (SSL) need to be open and traffic to the following IP’s must be allowed:
To verify there isn’t a network issue, load up a browser and visit the following URL:
You will be prompted for your accounts credentials. If you get an image back containing the SE Logo at the bottom right, everything is working as
expected and you shouldn’t have any issues connecting.
If you don’t receive an image that contains the SE Logo, load up the browser dev tools (F12) and navigate to the network tab. Start capturing the traffic and refresh the page. Note the URL that is taking an error or timing out. Refer those results to your IT group for correction.
