While reviewing the log files at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ArcFM.Mobile.SyncService\logs, you might notice one of two things:
- The sync service log is getting spammed with “Await Replica” or “Await Delta” messages.
- Messages are not coming through in the expected amount of time.
The machine that is running the sync service may not have its time set correctly.
- If the sync service is getting spammed with messages, the time on the server might be lagging by over 1 minute.
- If the sync service is not receiving messages as quickly as it should be, the time on the server may be fast by over 1 minute.
Update the time on the server to match the Universal Time (UT) or use a time server.
