Solution - ArcFM Mobile - Integration Service generates messages at an irregular time frame.

    While reviewing the log files at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ArcFM.Mobile.SyncService\logs, you might notice one of two things:

    1. The sync service log is getting spammed with “Await Replica” or “Await Delta” messages.
    2. Messages are not coming through in the expected amount of time.




    The machine that is running the sync service may not have its time set correctly.




    1. If the sync service is getting spammed with messages, the time on the server might be lagging by over 1 minute.
    2. If the sync service is not receiving messages as quickly as it should be, the time on the server may be fast by over 1 minute.


    Update the time on the server to match the Universal Time (UT) or use a time server.
