    Cause

    This error occurs when one or more CUs in the MM_WMS_COMPATIBLE_UNIT_LIBRARY table do not have associated labor cost data in the MM_WMS_LABOR_COST table. Normally a CU would have a row in  MM_WMS_LABOR_COST for each available work function for the CU.

    Solution

    1. Find the CUs that do not have labor cost data.
      1. Click Yes in the error dialog to save the export XML file anyway.
      2. Click Save log and select a file name and destination folder. Click Save.
      3. Open the file, and search for each occurrence of "No match for CU_ID". For example: No match for CU_ID 102 in MM_WMS_LABOR_COST
    2. Add labor cost data for each CU found in step 3 above.
      1. Use a SQL tool appropriate for Oracle or SQL Server to manually add a row in MM_WMS_LABOR_COST for each available work function for the CU. For example, the error in step 3 above shows a CU_ID of 102, so the SQL statements would be as follows:

    INSERT INTO PROCESS.MM_WMS_LABOR_COST (CU_ID, WORK_FUNCTION_ID, COST) VALUES (102, 3, 53.14);

    INSERT INTO PROCESS.MM_WMS_LABOR_COST (CU_ID, WORK_FUNCTION_ID, COST) VALUES (102, 4, 0);

    INSERT INTO PROCESS.MM_WMS_LABOR_COST (CU_ID, WORK_FUNCTION_ID, COST) VALUES (102, 5, 25.89);

      3.  Repeat the export and check for further errors.
