You can color ports in your Patch Panel Connection Report based on the values of a field called PORTSTATUS.

      1. Rename your existing GridableLocation.xsl stylesheet, e.g., GridableLocationOriginal.
        • In Fiber Manager 10.1, it’s located at C:\Users\username\Documents\ArcFM Solution\Fiber Manager\Reports.
        • In older releases, it’s located at C:\Users\demo\AppData\Local\Temp.
      2. Download the attached GridableLocation.xsl style sheet to the folder where you found its original version.
    2. Create a new domain for port status:
      1. In ArcCatalog, right-click your database and select Properties.
      2. On the Domains tab, scroll to the bottom of the Domain Name list and type a new domain name, e.g., Fiber Port Status.
      3. In the Domain Properties section, assign the following properties
        • Field Type: Long Integer
        • Domain Type: Coded Values
        • Split policy: Default Value
        • Merge policy: Default Value
