Requesting a New or Replacement License - US Clients
Current ArcFM Solution clients needing replacement or new licenses will use the Log a Case feature in Exchange from your organization's private group. The Log a Case button can be found on the right column of your private group. When creating the case, choose License Request from the Product list and fill out the appropriate required fields.
Be sure to include the MAC Address of the system the license is for or the Sentinel Key from your hardware dongle. If this is a replacement license, include the MAC Address of the license you are replacing. The MAC and other information can be obtained with the Hardware ID Tool.
If this is a new request, specify how many seats of each product you need the license to include.

Requesting a New or Replacement License - International Clients
If you are an international client, license requests should be submitted to your first line of support (typically your business partner/distributor). The business partner or distributor will reach out to our license administration team on your behalf (via the FAQ - Logging a Case - online or phone process)
