The following document will be used to share details about the upcoming deprecation of exchange as it pertains to the Oil & Gas products. The document will be updated often so please either follow the document or check back regularly for updates.
Q: When will exchange officially go offline?
A: Currently exchange is scheduled to be taken offline the last week in June 2018.
Q: Where will I go for services I use today after exchange goes offline?
A: The Oil and Gas Midstream team has officially become part of a new organization (AVEVA). As part of the eXchange deprecation we will also be moving to some of the tools supported by AVEVA.
For Support for the Pipeline Management applications including OASyS - Oil and Gas customers will be moving to the AVEVA Global Customer Support (GCS) website very soon.
Please read this post for instructions on how to transition to the new support website:
If you have any questions please reach out to your support/service manager.
Customer Advisory Boards (CABs)
We don't currently have a replacement for our CAB spaces available to customers. We are currently going through a pilot of a new tool and hope to make it available as soon as we possibly can. There may be a brief break between eXchange going offline and our new CAB space being available. As soon as it is available we will notify the Oil and Gas customer base. Those who are currently registered in one of our CAB spaces will also be notified directly as well.
Q: If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to Jeremy Kivi (firstname.lastname@example.org or +1(403)301-5014).
