FAQ - ArcFM - Uploading Files to Support Cases in exchange

    I need to provide some files to assist with troubleshooting my ArcFM support-related case. Where are the options within exchange to upload or include file attachments?




    A handy feature in exchange is the ability to upload file attachments. To attach a file to a case discussion within exchange, choose Reply then locate Use advanced editor to the right of the pane.




    Within Advanced Editor mode, select the Attach option in the lower right of the pane. You are prompted to browse to, locate, and upload an attachment.
